I drove down to the cities last night after work. Derek said he needed help with the senior appreciation service this morning at church, and I can't say no. I'm actually glad I was there for many reasons.

1.) Kristina is a senior. Today was important to her (whether she admits it or even realizes it) and I got to be part of the family :)
2.) Driving always puts new thoughts in my head. Idea's...goals...ambition.
3.) And of course...I saw John's goatee

I should read the manual for my new camera so I know how to take better pictures. There's nothing really wrong with the ones we took today.. it's just they should have had a stronger flash. I knew that was a problem with this camera before I bought it, but I thought maybe people were just being picky... no, they're right. Oh well, they turned out and they'll hold a memory.. that's all they're meant to do anyway.

I also have a printer for the camera... and I like that a lot so far. I think it may be cheaper to take the camera to Target and print the digital pics that way... but this is fun and more convenient.

I have a lot to do tonight. I'm out.
